In addition to these areas, we also manage the contracts for snack and beverage vending, vending with 精东影业 (Market Thursdays/Homecoming), Pure Water units, ATM services (PNC only), and washers/dryers located in the residence halls.

IncludED Book Bundle Program

IncludED Book Pick-up Schedule
Overview:

The 精东影业 IncludED Book Bundle initiative is designed to increase our undergraduate students’ academic success! The IncludED book bundle supports optimal academic achievement, affordability, and accessibility for undergraduate students to support their matriculation at 精东影业.听

  • Students will have access to their own course textbook and material, positioning the students well to increase the likelihood of academic success
  • Both faculty and students have indicated students perform better when having the required course material than those who do.
  • Students will now have the choice to use financial aid to pay for their course materials
  • Since the books are now bundled, students are able to purchase their books at a cost below market
  • All undergraduate students will have access to their books on the first day of class.
  • Whether digital or print, the process is convenient for students obtaining their books.
IncludED Book Bundle FAQs:

All undergraduate students with 12 or more course hours will automatically receive the book bundle and associated fee when they are enrolled at 精东影业 for each semester.听

You course materials are automatically ordered for you based upon your class registration and materials chosen by your professor for each course. Do not purchase materials separately.

You will receive an email from Follett customer service to your student email giving you instructions on accessing your digital materials. Some materials are automatically loaded to your bookshelf within your course in CANVAS. Please review the 鈥渉elpful hints鈥� flyer for more specific information below or visit the Campus Store webpage in the IncludED area.

The books are readable using a number of devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Textbooks that are only available in print form will be available for pick up from the 精东影业 Campus Store approximately one week prior to the term starting. You will receive a communication when your materials are ready to your student email.

There are numerous facilities on campus that students can use to access their books such as the AUC Library. The 精东影业 Bookstore also has laptop options available for purchase.

The IncludED book bundle fee is $434 for the 2024-2025 academic year per semester for Fall and Spring (not available for Summer term.听 The fee is added to your student account automatically along with all other university fees for each semester.听 You may use the same payment method/source as those you use to pay your tuition and fees.

Yes.听 Opt-out is required for each semester.听 You may opt out when registration opens for the upcoming term through the 3-week deadline prior to the first day of class each semester.

听If you choose to opt out, please review the following information:

  • You will be fully responsible for purchasing and receiving all required textbook(s) for each course by the day prior to the first day of class day for the first semester.
  • If you opt out through the completion and submission of this form, you will not be permitted to opt in at a later date for the current semester.
  • Your student account will be credited for the IncludED Book Bundle fee automatically within 24 hours after the form is submitted online by the deadline.

听The OPT OUT form is located in Banner SSB-9>>Four Square Menu (Top Left Corner) >>Student Services>> Book Bundle Opt Out.

You will automatically be in the book bundle program for each Fall and Spring semester if you have 12 or more hours of courses.

All the books included in this initiative are protected under international copyright law. This means that when you purchase the IncludED book bundle, you are only purchasing one license for each book contained in the bundle. Each publisher will have different limitations relative to downloading and copying their textbook.

The book bundle fee will not assess after two weeks prior to census (see the academic calendar).听 You will need to purchase your course materials separately.听 The following term, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

Parking at 精东影业 provides a professional atmosphere and parking to address the needs of the faculty/staff and student body. Campus parking areas vary in terms of location and proximity to campus facilities. Official campus signs, maps and markings are designated to facilitate a more organized parking experience.听

Immobilization Policies
Immobilization Policies

1.听精东影业’s Campus Police Officers and Parking staff may remove, impound, or immobilize, at the owner’s expense, vehicles from institutionally controlled property under the following circumstances:

a.听When the vehicle is in a designated tow zone;

b.听When the vehicle is illegally parked, unattended, and constitutes a safety hazard or obstruction of traffic;

c.听When the vehicle is left unattended on a street or in a parking area continuously for more than threendays under circumstances which tend to indicate that it has been abandoned. The vehicle will be towed to a private wrecker company.

d.听When the vehicle remains in a space or area after time stipulated to vacate the space or area (by posted sign or written notice) due to a special campus event;

e.听When the vehicle is parked in a posted fire lane, accessible parking space, marked 鈥渞eserved鈥� space, or other areas reserved for special use;

f.听When the vehicle is parked on lawn, sidewalk or grass area;

g.听When the vehicle remains in a parking lot after the posted time stipulated to vacate the lot;

h.听When authorized by Georgia Code 40-6-206 or Georgia Code 32-6-2.

2.听精东影业’s Campus Police Officers may remove, impound, or immobilize at no expense to the owner, vehicles from institutionally controlled property under the following circumstances:

a.听When the vehicle is unattended and legally parked but constitutes a safety hazard or obstruction of traffic;

b.听When a vehicle must be removed in the interest of safety of persons or property because of fire, flood, snow, or emergency reasons.

3.听The University assumes no liability for damages to vehicles operated or parked on University controlled property or to vehicles during impoundment or immobilization.

4.听Fines are hereby established for violations involving motor vehicles parked within Universities boundaries.

5.听All fines shall be paid at the Parking Office, located at the corner of Fair Street and Mildred Street, directly behind 精东影业鈥檚 Henderson Student Center.

6.听Permitted parkers must agree to abide by the parking rules, regulations, and policies, and understand that they are subject to the fees designated in the parking policy. Further, 精东影业 and Laz Parking/Georgia, Inc. are not responsible for theft, damage, loss of vehicle(s) or items contained within vehicle while parked on 精东影业 property.

IMMOBILIZATION/IMPOUNDMENT RECLAIM FOR VEHICLE

Procedures for reclaiming immobilized vehicles:

Report to the Parking Office, Monday- Friday,听9 a.m. 鈥撎�5 p.m. The fine is $50.00 or $75.00, methods of payments credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) or Money order.

The Parking Office maintains a record of every vehicle immobilized/towed, fines paid, location vehicle immobilized/towed on a daily basis. The immobilization/towing log will be provided to the university officials as part of the month end report.

VIOLATIONS/APPEALS

Anyone who feels that their vehicle is immobilized or towed in error or unfairly must complete a written apeal to the Parking Appeals Committee after the fine is paid in full. After review, if the appeals committee rules in the favor of the appellant the fine will be refunded. Appeal forms are available on the听Business Services webpage.听

Appeals are to be made to the proper authorities by completing the听Appeals Form听within five (5) days of vehicle immobilization.

Note: IF AN APPEAL IS NOT MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS, THE RIGHT TO APPEAL IS FORFEITED.听

Parking Policies
Student Parking

STUDENT PARKING

All enrolled students may purchase a parking permit. Any student vehicle parked in any designated 精东影业 parking lot is required to have a permit/decal.听听

Permits go on sale for听Spring 2025听on听January 1, 2025听– see the info below.听 All major credits are accepted.听 Once your purchase is completed, you must visit the parking office with your campus I.D. (PAW Card) to receive your parking decal听on or after听January 10, 2025听(M-F, 9am-5pm).

2024-2025 Parking and Facility Enhancements:

Departments across the university worked together and with community partners听these last few months to improve听the safety of our campus听and infrastructure. All these programs require funding from 精东影业 Business and Auxiliary revenues.听Increasing student parking rates has allowed the following enhancements听to be made:

  • Increased Public Safety presence in all parking locations and public areas
  • Additional cameras and tag card readers in the parking locations
  • Additional lighting in all parking areas and public areas on campus

In addition, our facilities require ongoing maintenance and refurbishment funded by University Business and Auxiliary revenue:

  • Upgrading of parking equipment
  • Maintenance of parking gates at Brawley, and a new pedestrian gate at Beckwith, adding additional parking spaces for the main campus.
  • New Stripping and signage
  • Surface repaving and repair
  • Parking electronic readers
  • Custodial services for all parking locations
  • Parking personnel to support university operations and events
  • Upgrades to parking software and hardware

Parking Fees/Locations:

Note: Parking is assigned based on听your residence hall and听availability. Choose the lot listed below based on your housing assignment.

Game Day/Special Events:

精东影业 students buying parking permits to the following lots: Beckwith, Bumstead, and Ware must abide by the university鈥檚 special event, game day parking policy.听 This may require you to relocate your vehicle for a special event or game day.听 An alternative parking location will be provided for you and you will receive advanced notice.

精东影业 Parking may remove, impound, or immobilize at the owners鈥� expense vehicles violating this regulation.

Faculty & Staff Parking

FACULTY & STAFF PARKING for 2024-2025

For Faculty and Staff, online parking registration (see link at the bottom of page)听is open NOW. After registering online, decals can be picked up at the parking office once the reservation process is completed (M-F, 9am-5pm) beginning SOON. You will need to present your PAW Card for identification.

Parking permits are听valid from September 1st, 2024, to August 31st, 2025.

Parking Locations:

Faculty/Staff parking lots available to reserve a space are听President鈥檚 Lot, Visitors Parking Deck, Sage-Bacote Lot, V.W. Henderson Stadium, Knowles, Carl & Mary Ware, Tanner-Turner, and Oglethorpe.

Enforcement goes into effect on September 3rd, 2024.

Lot Locations and Pricing for 2024/2025:

Decals can be picked up at the parking office once the reservation process is completed (M-F, 9AM-5PM). Each parker must complete the online contract even if the organization is paying for the parker. Parkers can of course pay on their own. Any parker should be actively employed at the 精东影业 location and have a 精东影业 PAW Card (needed to receive the permit).

All major credit cards or company checks are accepted for payment.

Parking Locations for Contractors 2024- 2025:

Contractors/Vendors may reserve the听Visitors Parking Deck, V.W. Henderson Gym**, or Stadium** lot.听 听Reserved spaces are only available to full-time employees.

If you require a unique timeframe, you will need to complete the registration form and contact the parking office manager for rates and payment arrangements.

  • Gain access to residence halls (based on your credentials)

  • Gets you into 精东影业听sporting and other special events

Panther PAW Cash Account – a prepaid, stored-value account that’s part of your Panther PAWCard – is the convenient, cashless way to pay for goods and services on campus鈥�.and it’s all on one card that you have with you anyway. 听Simply make a deposit to your PAW Cash Account and you will be able to make purchases using the PAW Cash debit account (black magnetic stripe).

*Use of the PAW Cash debit account requires funds to be loaded to the account via the Panther PAW Office, Student Accounts (when you have available funds on your banner student account) or at a CMS (Cash Management Machine) located on campus.

PAWCard – Replacement

No Problem! A Lost or stolen PAWCard should be immediately reported to the Panther PAW Office at 404-880-8PAW (8729). Once you report your lost or stolen card, it will be deactivated, blocking the unauthorized use of your accounts.

Replacement cards are issued from the Panther PAW Office at any time during business hours. Business hours are 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. There is a fee for all replacement cards (lost, stolen, damaged and worn).

The PAWCard is a Multifunctional ID Card that allows the cardholder to access a world of functions, and as the official identification for the University the PAWCard serves as your key to campus life.

The first PAWCard is issued free of charge.

  1. What is a PAWCard? The Panther PAWCard also known as the PAWCard is the official ID card for 精东影业. The PAWCard also:
  • Identifies you as a 精东影业 student听
  • Allows you access to the dining hall to use your meal plan
  • Allows access to use your dining bucks at Jazzman’s, Wicked Wings, Panther Smoothie,听 and select food trucks.
  • Grants you access to parking when a permit is purchased.
  • Grants you access to the library.
  • Grants you access to ride the Atlanta University Center (AUC) Shuttle Bus
  • Allows you to make copies and prints on multi-function machines across campus
  • Allows you to gain access to residence halls (based on your credentials)
  • Allows you to purchase goods and services on campus using the PAW Cash account
  • Identifies you as a 精东影业 student for discounts at participating local businesses
  • Gets you into 精东影业 sporting and other special events
  1. Where/how do I get my PAWCard? PAWCards are issued by the PAWCard Office, which is located on the 3rd Floor of the Student Center. You must be financially enrolled and have completed the PAWCard consent form. Please bring a photo ID, such as a drivers鈥� license, passport or some other official/government picture ID, so that we can verify your identity.
  2. Is there a fee for the PAWCard? No, there is no fee for your first PAWCard. Replacement fee of $25 for a new PAWCard.
  3. Where is the PAWCard Office located? The PAWCard Office is located on the 3rd Floor of the Student Center. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We may also be reached at 404-880-8PAW (8729).
  4. What do I do if my PAWCard does not allow access to my assigned Residence Hall? There could be several reasons why your PAWCard does not work for your residence hall. The PAWCard office will need to confirm that you are financially enrolled and have a charge on your Banner Account in order to provide access to the residence hall. We ask that you please stop by the Panther PAW Office, so that we may assist you. We may also be reached at (404)880-8PAW (8729).
  5. What do I do if my PAWCard is not allowing me access into the Dining Hall to use my Meal Plan? There could be several reasons why your PAWCard does not work for your meal plan. We will need to confirm that you are financially enrolled and have a charge on your Banner Account, in order to provide access to the meal plan. We ask that you please stop by the Panther PAW Office, so that we may assist you. We may also be reached at (404)880-8PAW (8729).
  6. Why did my PAWCard stop working? There are a number of reasons why a PAWCard may stop working. Some of the more common reasons area as follows:
  • Your ID card is bent or cracked
  • The magnetic stripe on your PAWCard could be damaged
  • The magnetic stripe on your PAWCard has become demagnetized
  • You are using a card that you replaced
  1. I lost my new card but found my old card, can I get the old card activated? Unfortunately, we cannot activate an old card once it has been replaced. Every PAWCard has a 16-digit number that is unique to each card. When we replace a card, we change the 16-digit number, which retires the old number. The system remembers that number and will not allow us to reuse it again once it has been retired. You will have to purchase another PAWCard, with a $25 replacement fee.
  2. What do I do if I cannot find my PAWCard but not able to purchase a new one right away? If you are not able to locate your PAWCard you can go on-line to 精东影业PAWCardCash to deactivate card or you can come to the PAWCard Office and we can deactivate your card for you. This will prevent any unauthorized transactions on your account. If you find it, you can sign in and re-activated your card or come to the PAWCard Office.听听 If you are not able to find your card, you may request a new card by visiting the PAW Card Office. The replacement card fee is $25.
  3. How can I add funds to my PAWCard? Students, faculty, staff log in with your University credentials (username and password) at:听听 or come to the PAWCard Office.
  4. How can a parent or relative make a deposit? Click “Make a guest deposit” on the login page.听 No need to login.听 Please be sure to know the student University ID # that is receiving the deposit!
  5. How long before the money appears on my PAWCard account? Immediately!听 Once the credit card transaction successfully processes, the money is instantly added to your PAWCard Cash account.
  6. I see my credit\debit card has been charged, however the funds are not posted to the PAWCard Cash account.听 How do I get my money back on my credit\debit card?听 If your credit card has been authorized for the purchase but a system problem prevented the funds from being added to the PAWCard, the transaction has automatically been voided. The funds will be returned to your credit\debit card based on the terms of the issuing bank of your credit\debit card.听 This can take 2-5 business days depending on the issuing bank’s policy.
  7. What happens to the money on a lost card?听 听Any funds left on your card will be transferred to your new card. New cards can be obtained from the PAWCard Office for a fee of $25. Please be certain to deactivate your card on the online card office. 听The PAWCard Office is not responsible for funds used on a lost or stolen card.
  8. Can I get a refund of unused funds on my card when I graduate or leave 精东影业?听 Yes, balances over $10 can be refunded back to your student account.听 A refund request form must be submitted before a refund can be processed.听 Upon receipt of a refund request form a refund will be issued to your student account less a $10.00 processing fee.听 If a student does not owe the University any monies then he/she should expect a full refund for the remaining amount of the Panther PAW Cash Account less an administrative fee of $10.00 for account closure.

CLC works with its partner institutions to identify and cultivate new consumer product companies that can bring value to college consumers through licensed merchandise. Companies can pursue a license in one of two categories:

Retail听鈥� Allows a company to produce products bearing the trademarks of collegiate institutions for sale at retail in approved retail channels and direct to consumer, as well as university departments and related entities.

Internal听鈥� Allows a company to produce product bearing the trademarks of collegiate institutions for university departments and related entities for internal consumption only; cannot provide product at retailer direct to consumer.

NCAA/Bowls/Conference Licensing 鈥撎�CLC has a separate licensing process for 鈥渉ot market鈥� events, including NCAA tournaments, the College Football Playoff, bowl games, and athletic conferences. Existing CLC licensees may apply for these programs via the Brand Manager 360 system.

STUDENT PRINTING

Business Services along with 精东影业 Print & Mail Center,听will offer standard printing/copies to all students.听 The devices are located in the Living and Learning Center located in each residence hall. There is also a printer/copier located in the Student Center (across from the Smoothie Shop). You will be able to use your Panther PAW Cash funds to pay for print/copies.

  • On-Campus Residents:听Living Learning Centers located in your residence hall (until further notice, Heritage Commons and 精东影业 Suites residents should request their copies/printing from the Print Center)
  • Commuters:听Bring your print/copy requests to the Print Center or use the Canon device located in the Student Center on the second floor.
  • Graduate students:听Continue using the Graduate Research Center for this service.

    send digital files directly to the designated printer or use the copy function on the

All print orders using 精东影业 funds should use the 精东影业 Print Shop.听听 Prior to using an alternate vendor, a bid from the 精东影业 Print Shop should be acquired.听 If the 精东影业 Print Shop cannot beat or match the price/turnaround time, then an alternate vendor may be considered.听 The budget office will be monitoring this compliance.

Please be aware that any print job that is submitted without the entire budget control number string (Fund, Organization, Program, Account) will NOT be printed or processed until the complete number is received.听 The print job will be put on hold by staff until the accounting information is provided.

Jobs Submitted After Hours:

Any print jobs submitted after 5 pm or received when our facility is closed will not be available for pick up the following morning. We will need a minimum of a 4-8 hour turnaround unless a staff member negotiates another time frame/deadline. Please plan jobs accordingly.

MAIL SERVICES

The Panther Print & Mail Center is the university鈥檚 liaison for multiple inbound shipping couriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL,听and other domestic and international couriers.听

Our center processes all incoming mail and packages for students that reside on campus. (Beckwith, Brawley, Holmes, Merner, Pfeiffer, Suites, and Beckwith Village).听We do not accept mail and packages for non-residential students.

In addition to inbound mail, we also offer outbound shipping services as well. Our preferred method for processing shipments is United States Postal Service (USPS).听Your price can be determined based on the weight of your package and the desired shipping method. A staff member will be happy to assist you with finding the best rates and packaging for your outgoing shipments.听

The Panther Print & Mail Center also serves as a drop point for your pre-paid, outgoing FedEx, UPS and USPS packages.

Picking up packages and letter mail:

Once added to the database for mail, you will receive an e-mail notification from the Panther Print & Mail Center when a package or letter mail arrives for you assuming we have your updated information on file. Please follow the next steps to retrieve your actual mail/ package:

  1. Once you receive a notification, simply visit the Panther Print & Mail Center or your designated Parcel Locker to retrieve your items/mail.听
  2. If your items/mail have been delivered to the Panther Print and Mail Center please have your PAWCard (精东影业 ID card) ready for verification.
  3. If your items/mail have been delivered to a Parcel Locker you will use your emailed verification code or barcode to access your locker and retrieve your items/mail.

During the Summer, USPS First Class mail (letters, large envelopes, and small packages) can be听forwarded to your home. You must complete a mail forwarding form located at the Panther Print and Mail Center to request this service within 7 days of the semester ending. 听

If you will be studying abroad or away from campus for other reasons during the academic year, please let us know so we can discuss your mail-forwarding options.

Mail will not be forwarded during holiday breaks. Forwarding service is not available for packages shipped via听USPS, FedEx,听UPS, and DHL.听 If not picked up within the allotted timeframe those packages will get returned to the sender.

Please Note:

  • If you are graduating, transferring, or withdrawing… First Class mail and packages shipped via USPS will be forwarded to your home address for a limited time.听
  • Please note that听Federal Express and UPS packages cannot be forwarded and will be听returned to the sender if you are听not on campus.
  • Six (6) weeks prior to permanently leaving 精东影业, you should notify all senders of a change of address.听 Do not submit a change of address with USPS.

We process听all outgoing departmental mail, inter-campus听mail, business mail,听personal mail, and packages for 精东影业 faculty and staff.

A 精东影业 mail meter card is required for all outgoing departmental mail. Please include your department and office budget code to be charged. All metered mail should be delivered to the mail center by 3:00 p.m. to be considered for same-day service. 听

Market Thursday Will Resume February 6th, 2025

Market Thursdays are held on most Thursdays during the Fall and Spring academic year from -11:00 AM-4:00 PM (see calendar for dates). For new applicants, a completed application, business license, and payment must be submitted no later than Tuesday at noon before the Market Thursday date. Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each space is approximately 10 x 10 in. dimension. Vendor must provide their tent, tables, and chairs. Clothing, accessories, artwork, beauty supplies, etc., are acceptable vending.

When you have a catered event in mind, please contact us as soon as your event space is confirmed.听 Even if you are not yet sure of such details as the exact event date, event location and number of guests attending, it is a good idea to contact us as early in the process as possible. Most catering arrangements through Flavours by Sodexo can be made by phone, email or online.听 It鈥檚 easy to contact Flavours by Sodexo about your catering needs. Event Services

There will be a $200 minimum for events planned Mon-Fri. A $500 minimum is required for all coffee breaks, refreshment breaks, and boxed lunches provided on the weekends. A $500 minimum is required for receptions and meals planned during the weekends. No events will be scheduled during holiday breaks.

You must arrange to secure a location for your event with University Meeting & Events. Space should be confirmed prior to placing your event ordered.听 The space request form can be found at听/campus-services/University-Meeting-and-Events/External-Meetings-and-Event-Request%20Form.html.听 A 3-week notice is needed for most event reservations.

University Meetings and Events must arrange to secure tables, chairs, and other equipment you may need for your event.

No less than 7 business days from the scheduled catered event, you must confirm your Banquet Event Order. You will also be asked to provide us with a 鈥渇inal鈥� number of guests that will attend your event (guaranteed number); the 鈥渆stimated鈥� number will be used if you do not know the 鈥渇inal 鈥渘umber. The Event Order will outline the terms of your agreement with our Catering Office and includes all catering details and requirements, including time, date, location, menu selections, number of attendees, catering professional services, catering equipment, and staffing.

If your catering order is placed less than 7 business days in advance and we can book your event, a $50.00 surcharge will apply. This surcharge is necessary due to the additional cost of planning for last-minute events. Menu options will be limited and based on availability.听Again, there is no guarantee that Sodexo Catering Department can service a function without a 7-business day notice.

University Meetings and Events will submit a work order for the equipment that is needed for the service of your catered event. The cost to replace any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account. For very large events, specialty equipment may need to be rented at an additional charge.

We provide high quality plastic products unless otherwise requested. We offer China service for any event at an additional charge.

We will be happy to order, receive, and handle floral arrangements for you. For decorative requests, an additional fee will be determined in accordance with your specific needs. 10 business day lead time is required.

At 精东影业, all tables must be covered with linens for the duration of your meeting or event.听 This includes all registration and miscellaneous tables in your event spaces.听 Sodexo can provide linens for a charge per day as well assist you with specialty linens.听 Linen orders must be placed at least 10 business days in advance with Sodexo.听 This cost should be considered as part of your budget for the event and included in the purchase order request for internal events.听 Sodexo does not keep an inventory of linens in house; therefore, last minute requests can rarely be accommodated.

Linen will be placed on guest tables for receptions, breaks, meeting tables and boxed lunches, there will be a $15.00 charge for each tablecloth. Floor length tablecloths that are 90 x 156 for 8-foot, 90 x 132 for 6-foot and 120 听tables are available at $17.00. We can also provide napkins to meet your color scheme for $2.75 each. Specialty linens are available upon request for an additional charge. 10 business day lead time is required.

You are welcome to bring your own linen in lieu of ordering the linen from Sodexo for the non-food and beverage tables.

Due to health regulations, it is our policy that excess food items from events cannot be removed from the event site. Items purchased for pick up should be safely stored prior to the event and removed and disposed of by the event鈥檚 host.

Events serving alcoholic beverages require prior authorization from UME Department. All alcoholic beverages must be served by our personnel and consumed in designated areas. Proof of age will be required. 精东影业 reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any person. All Sodexo personnel have completed the Serve Safe Training Program for Service.听Sodexo and the University do not have a liquor license and cannot purchase alcohol. A special event permit may be required for service please contact UME. 听听The special event permit is required for events of 75 persons or more.听 It takes approximately 6 months to procure a license from the City of Atlanta and State of Georgia.

A full bar setup (if liquor is planned) at a dinner or reception is $4.00 per guest. All necessary bar items, except the alcohol, are provided with this charge, including nonalcoholic beverages, ice mixers, napkins, and plastic cups. An additional charge for glasses will apply. We recommend at least one bartender for every 75 guests for Beer and Wine service.

Faculty/Staff Meal Plans

精东影业 Faculty/Staff Meal Plans Faculty and Staff may purchase block meal plans and use their Panther PAWCard to access the Crogman Student Center Dining Hall only. Any unused meals/dining bucks at the end of the semester will carry over and you will be able to use them at any time.听Dining bucks cannot be used during the summer term. Meal Plan Options:
